UX/UI Designer with 4+ years of experience building end-to-end digital products across health-tech, e-commerce, and mobile.
I thrive when there's a real problem to solve, a team to collaborate with, and a design system worth caring about.
✦ Four design systems across web, mobile, app, and email — 150+ components, adopted cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, and design without formal onboarding
✦ A full e-commerce redesign for Eddie by Giddy — delivered in 4–6 weeks with a 129% lift in user engagement and 28% traffic increase post-launch
✦ A CRO testing program contributing to conversion lifts of 146%, 107%, and 239% across landing page tests
✦ Three lifecycle email flows for a 50K+ customer base — open rate improved from 21.2% to 36.7%, CTR up 42%
✦ A healthcare provider page redesign that reduced scroll depth 58% and lifted booking clicks 18%
I didn’t always know I’d become a designer. I found UX during my last year at UT Austin after taking an intro UX course, and something clicked immediately. I loved that design was not just about making things look good, but about understanding how people think, where they get stuck, and how to make an experience feel clearer.
I earned my BA in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin before completing my UX/UI certificate through UT’s McCombs School of Business and School of Information.
Sociology ended up being one of the best foundations I could have had for UX. It taught me how to study behavior, patterns, motivation, and decision-making. Which is a huge part of designing useful digital experiences.
I think good UX starts with understanding people. My sociology background helps me look beyond the screen and ask better questions: What does the user need? What are they assuming? Where are they confused? What would make this feel easier?
The design tools matter, but the human behavior piece is what makes the work actually connect.
Outside of work, I eat my way through Austin's bakery scene, and usually have some kind of iced americano or matcha in hand. I like creative work that feels intentional, that tells a story, and at the end of the day, is beautiful in my eyes.
